Shipping information
Amanda’s of Mogo uses Australia Post to send all items. The postage fee is determined by items you buy and is calculated in the checkout process however postage fees may be higher on bulky goods and to WA, NT and Tasmania. We aim to ship as soon as possible when we receive your order.
We ship within Australia only.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. In the event where a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer or is an uncollected parcel, we reserve the right to recharge the shipping fee. Extra postage fee will be charged on bulky items and to interstate addresses.
Refund Policy
Amanda’s of Mogo is happy to help you out with a refund if the product you have purchased is:
- • Significantly different from the description shown
- • If it is faulty and can't be easily fixed or replaced.

RETURN CONDITIONS
If a return of the product is necessary, the strict conditions is:
- Within 30 days of purchase.
- The product is not unwrapped and is in original condition.
- Must have all labels still attached.
- Return message must be written and included with your return.
- Any return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
- All returns must be accompanied by an appropriate proof of purchase.
Please note that the sale of all clearance items are final and we are unable to accept returns on all clearance items.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Refunds will not be provided for the purchase of gift cards.
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
